Apprentice applications will be administered by the Illinois Laborers' & Contractors Joint Apprenticeship & Training Program.  Local 231 will NO LONGER be doing apprentice applications in-house.  The website for ILCJATP is www.illaborers.org   Applications will be accepted between the hours of 8am - 8pm, beginning on THE FIRST TUESDAY of each month and ending two weeks later.  There is no cost to apply.  If you are activated from the apprentice eligible list, only then would you pay an initiation fee and one month's dues, when you sign up as a member at our Hall.  If you have any questions about the application process, you may contact our office at (309) 347-7106 or the Training School at 217-773-2741.
