At the meeting held Tuesday, January 17, 2012, Laborers' Local 231 SOUL Group discussed and voted on the following issues.

                              Meetings:  Quarterly meeting dates for 2012; January 17th, April 17th, July 17th, October 16th

                              Meeting Time/Place:  5:30p.m. at Laborers' Local 231 Meeting Hall

                              Dues Amount:  $1.00 per year membership dues, with $1.00 going to LiUNA Charitable Foundations

                              At the next meeting, please bring ideas for any events/fundraiser you would like to see the SOUL Group sponsor.
